CD & DVD REPLICATION SHORT RUN DUPLICATION GRAPHIC DESIGN PRODUCTION SERVICES
Ordering discs is easy.
Just follow these simple steps, and you can get your order started today.
Step 1 Fill out the order form below, and print two copies (One to send to us, and one for your records.)
Step 2 Prepare a master CD or DVD for replication or duplication. (Need advice? Contact sales@cheap-cd-duplication.com.)
Step 3 Save your graphics files to a disc or upload to our ftp site. (Need graphics help? Contact graphics@cheap-cd-duplication.com.)
Step 4 Print, fill out & sign the Intellectual Property Rights form. (Have questions about the form? Contact sales@cheap-cd-duplication.com.)
Step 5 Place a 50% deposit. (Write a check or call 800-406-5103 with your credit card number)

*Standard turn-time is approximately 12 business days from the time you give approval of the proofs of your artwork. However, because of the
nature of the manufacturing process, we cannot guarantee turn-times. If you need to expidite your job, please let your salesperson know
immediately that you would like to discuss RUSH fees and shipping options.
terms and conditions
Deadlines: If a client has a specific due date, and this is communicated to us at the start of the order, we will work
with the client to try to make their deadline. However, we do not guarantee deadlines. Cheap CD Duplication will not
be held responsible for consequential damages as a result of shipping delays or missed delivery dates.
Payment Terms: We require a 50% deposit on all orders to begin work, and payment of the final balance prior to
shipping. Product does not ship until final payment is received. Upon completion, orders are subject to a $20.00 per day
storage fee, after 15 days product is recycled without a refund of the deposit.
Overruns: All CD and DVD replication orders are subject to a 5% overrun. Client is billed for the received quantity.
Manufacturer's IDs: Replicated products will have small text on the media specifying the plant and the job ID.
The project title may be used in this description as a unique identifier. We are not responsible for ID spellings and/or abbreviations. Cheap CD Duplication reserves the right to display client artwork for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, all cancellations are subject to a fee equal
to 100% of the deposit.
Prepress Adjustment Fees: Design files supplied by clients must be set up in our templates and to our design
specifications. Design files not set up to our specifications and on our templates will be subject to a $75.00 per hour
adjustment fee with a minimum of $75.00, and may result in a delay of the order.
Post Proof Revision Fees: Graphics files supplied by clients to Cheap CD Duplication are considered to be print
ready files. Any text changes or corrections should be made to files before delivering to Cheap CD Duplication.
If changes or corrections are made after Cheap CD Duplication delivers electronic proofs, the order will be subject
to a post-proof revision fee of $65.00.
Printing: Paper and cardboard packaging are printed on a gang-run, using a four color off-set press. Discs are
silk-screened using Pantone Solid Coated ink unless client requests CMYK printing. Clients will be provided with
electronic PDF proofs for content only. Because of varying viewing conditions and monitors, color accuracy of the final
print (versus what is seen on a monitor) cannot be guaranteed. Clients can request a hard copy proof for an additional
cost. Cheap CD Duplication is not responsible for proofing or editing client artwork. Cheap CD Duplication is not responsible
for any undesired content or errors in the final product that appear in the proof, even if the client did not generate the errors.
Audio, Video and Data Content: Clients must verify their masters before submitting them. Any problems on the
original source master will be present on the replicates, and are considered the customer's responsibility.
